This sunny Penthouse is in Thamel, Kathmandu. The air-conditioned Penthouse is split between 4th and 5th floors. There are no other floors above the 5th floor of the apartment.
The apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, full kitchen, living area and two sunny terraces. Close to nightlife, restaurants, pubs/bars, shopping & entertainment.

Terraces
There are two terraces. The 4th floor terrace is a smaller terrace perfect for stepping out of the Living/Dining area for a breather.
The 5th floor terrace is larger and wraps around the bedroom. It is great for a small get together.

We have invested in Solar Panels and large Batteries as back up to run most things within the apartment. The back up power enables lights in Living/Dining Area, Kitchen, Bedrooms, Internal Staircase, Terraces and Bathrooms. It also powers the Wi-Fi, TV, Satellite TV, DVD, Fridge and almost all power sockets.

I can confidently say that this is one of best apartments in Nepal. Everything is taken care of with well laid out instructions. All I can say is that this apartment exceeded my expectations. I would love to stay here again :)
Our stay at Subu and Mala's was great, well taken care of with great facilities. The location was very central, hence, very convenient to travel around.
Excellent stay at this modern furnished upscale place. Bang in the middle of Thamel the hippest n happening place in Kathmandu. Furniture and everything as mentioned in the photos and description. Excellent views. Bathroom down below has solar powered warm water which could be an issue on cold days. The bathroom upstairs is gas powered so excellent hot water is available. Had a great time with friends here, highly recommended place.
The flat is quite nice and located in a good and central neighborhood with the Kasthamandap darbar a 15 minute walk away. The rooms are nice and airy and a nice breeze blows through the living room.
